Programs for Women
Only by embracing who I am as a human and as a woman can I bring my gifts into the world, including the business one.
My growth as a professional has been more or less straightforward. Education was the main key, then came valuable mentors, all mixed with a lot of discipline and hard work. I managed to get results and relevant experience in business (I had started my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 20 with a spin off from the family business, had several ventures in ecommerce, ed-tech, education, real estate, did an MBA and had a job (my only job) at Amazon in London), but these results are only one side of my world.
The other side of my world has always been personal development and inner work.
I wanted to understand who I am, what my mission is and what brings me meaning. I discovered that human beings, me included, are more complex than businesses. So I used the same discipline and hard work to make more conscious decisions, to become more aware of who I am and more knowledgeable of who I want to become.
During this not so straightforward path, I came to understand that being a woman comes with both gifts and challenges. Some of these gifts I had accepted and manifested. Some of them I had run from as I considered them weak or that they could slow me down.
For more details about my journey, I invite you to read my article: Why it might take an MBA to speak about femininity.
I design customized individual or group programs for women who are outstanding professionals and look for the same glowing attitude in their roles as women.
Together with an incredible and inspirational friend, Ioana Bunghez, I have organized and facilitated five editions of retreats for women so far, in Brasov, Romania, all with 100% exceptional feedback.
