The next level of meaningful conversations from facilitated dinners came to forming a group meeting regularly to discuss topics of multidimensional growth.

Experienced professionals and entrepreneurs find value in opening up in a structured and safe space to address topics ranging from scaling up a business or crisis management to negotiations inside family businesses.

We meet once a month with both willingness to listen and openness to share our experiences. We hold the space for both solution oriented conversations or emotional moments.
We have group sharing moments and in depth exploration of individual topics.

The power of being heard by other like-minded individuals is priceless for a leader. The solitude of challenging leadership transforms into belonging to a trusted group of similar leaders.
And we all grow together.

Together with Magor Csibi, a very inspirational and experienced professional, I co-facilitate a group of amazing leaders.

Since 2021 we have had a few groups of outstanding professionals that ended the program with excellent feedback for the format and for the facilitation of the sessions.
