About Me
I believe in dreaming just as much as I believe in doing

I see the world as a playground that I intend to explore as a human and as a woman
Until the age of 26, my vision about the world has been created almost exclusively by my mind. After a burnout and a period of depression, I started to pay more attention to and express my human side more and more. I have been through a beautiful and intense process of personal development and self-awareness that offered me the gift of multidimensional growth.
Today, I honor who I am thanks to my mind, my soul (including my emotions) and my body.
I see life as a journey where all of its aspects contribute to a genuine experience.
On top of this, I am a woman strongly guided by both feelings and opinions.
I am gracefully walking my path with curiosity, willingness to grow and to manifest my essence in everything I do.
I am a learner and educator
I have always been fascinated about learning. Since I learned how to read, this was my favorite activity of all. I’ve always been curious and willing to know more, even though I could not say if my passion for numbers was my strength or the one I had for literature. Not necessarily as a conclusion, I ended up studying Finance and Banks at ASE in Bucharest and realized after a three months internship at a bank that I would never do that my entire life.
Still, I continued studying Finance in French to get a Masters degree from University of Orleans and ASE. Eight years later, I wanted to get a top level educational experience and I went to INSEAD to do an MBA in France and Singapore.
But this was only my formal educational path. Most importantly, the consistency of my learning process was the willingness to learn in all aspects of my life. This took me to various schools and courses around the world, like a yoga school in India, a coaching school in the UK or a leadership retreat in Germany.
The list of things I’ve learned is very long, but not longer than the one of things I want to learn going forward.
I am an educator, not because I teach, although I facilitate the learning process of other individuals, but because I support education in everything I do. Through my continuous education, formal and informal, and the educational projects I am involved in, like Adoptamstudenti.ro and Oxfordforromania.org, I consider myself an ambassador of education at all stages and in all circumstances.

I am an entrepreneur and investor
Last, but not least, I am an entrepreneur. The common theme in almost everything I have done professionally is my entrepreneurial personality. Entrepreneurship is a way of creating the projects I dream about in real life.
My journey as an entrepreneur started when I was 20 with a spin off from the family business.
I built a business to deliver footwear to big supermarket chains from Romania and a few other countries. This took me through all stages of a retail chain, from production to delivery. It was a great opportunity to work directly with Romanian, Chinese and Turkish factories, and an even nicer opportunity to develop a team, to optimize processes and learn about retail operations in detail.
The journey went on with an online store selling colorful leather products that I sold after 5 years, an e-learning platform co-founded in London, a crowdfunding platform for Romanian students to study at top universities around the world and a real estate project in which I was involved in all stages of development.
I wanted to see if the grass was really greener on the other side when my only not-entrepreneurial professional experience was my job at Amazon in London, where I was Senior Vendor Manager for Baby products.
Coming back to Romania in 2019 I started a residential real estate project that I developed from scratch. This experience offered me the opportunity to see how my entrepreneurial and managerial skills apply in totally new environments.
The next stage of my professional path is to be involved as an investor in different projects with active or silent roles.

I will recommend Alexandra every time I get the chance, as she’s a really great resource. I think her greatest strength is the combination of a pragmatic vision with a spiritual one. She has both. And she gives you pragmatic, practical tools to help you solve what needs to be solved.
I liked her mind, her structure, the fact that I feel she has gone through the experiences I want to go through. The fact that, although she recommends many books, she doesn’t “speak from books.” Of all the therapeutic methods I’ve tried so far, working with Alexandra resonated the most with my mind, with my inner structure, with my way of seeing the world.
Alexandra Crăciun, Brand Specialist

What I appreciated at my coaching sessions with Alexandra was the structured approach and flexibility to address all topics of interest. This brought me clarity on what mattered most for me. Moreover, Alexandra has a beautiful combination of determination, strength, to move things forward, but then in a soft, empathic way which makes the whole process effective and pleasant.

I had a few amazing and refreshing coaching sessions with Alexandra. I had a blockage in setting goals and DREAMING. I dreamt small. Also, I wanted to find a way to get out of the operational and get into the visionary mode as an entrepreneur.
Besides bringing many business insights, she helped me take action, stop doubting, start doing, and lose my attachment to a final strict result. As a result, I also created my personal brand community for people who want to be more focused and courageous in their visual communication.
She gently guided me to all my realizations and helped me create structure in my mind and on paper. I now have a system that makes it easy for me to create new dreams, live my current goals and dreams with joy, and feel free.
We share similar values and communicate so well, so it was a pleasure to meet for each session. Alexandra is a soulful woman, a smart and agile businesswoman, a good friend, and a patient and focused listener. I admire all these things.
I believe we can not grow alone, so I recommend Alexandra to anyone who feels they need a partner to help them take precise and elegant REAL steps toward their goals.
Thank you, Alexandra!

When I first contacted Alexandra, I was looking for a coach that could help me move to the next step in my business as I was feeling stuck.
I appreciated that Alexandra was patient and kind through the entire process, and this helped me gain trust and be more open with her. I felt inspired after each session we had together and excited to start working on my goals.
What I think is valuable about Alexandra, is the fact that she has skin in the game. Beyond being a business coach, she has extensive experience as an entrepreneur. Therefore, she helped me gain clarity on the direction I want my brand to go but she could also propose solutions for my new business plan.
Another thing that was extremely valuable for me and which I remember every time I encounter a challenge, is that through my business I can express a huge part of my personality that I couldn’t express it better through anything else.

I came to coaching with several questions that started with a career focus and then quickly broadened to life coaching more holistically. Alexandra had an ability to articulate these broad questions into smaller, crisp questions, dive into helpful exercises, and provide guidance with clear actions.
Alexandra’s process helped me take stock of things and put in place better foundations to make meaningful and lasting changes to some of my most important relationships and to my career as well, all from a clearer, holistic vantage point. Alexandra provided this helpful coaching and guidance all with a very positive, patient, and motivating approach.

My intention was to gain clarity in my work, become more productive, and gain control of my time.
I have already recommended Alexandra because I found her to be a person with experience in listening to people and providing tools and frameworks to address challenges.
She combines professional expertise with personal growth, always prioritizing the inner balance each person needs to master. I also see her walking the talk, meaning that she speaks not just from books but from her own life experience.
The communication was very direct yet safe at the same time.
I always felt listened to, with all my aspects taken into consideration.

I started working with Alexandra to better align my values with my career path. For more than a year, I have been struggling to create a vision for my professional future, until I finally decided I needed coaching.
Alexandra’s method consisted of a highly effective combination of coaching tools, personal and professional mentorship. I learned how certain fears and personality traits were standing in the way of developing my vision. With her assistance, I designed a professional path and an initial strategy to explore and test it.
In the process, I felt understood and supported. Alexandra’s positive and constructive approach enhanced my self-confidence and trust in my abilities.

I have never met a person with more clarity and organizational skills than Alexandra. In just a few coaching sessions, Alexandra helped me to shed light and understand how and why some things work and others don’t in my life.
One of the biggest benefits I have had through coaching with Alexandra is that I have become more aware of my values. In addition I was amazed to discover that my energy, time and financial resources were not allocated and used according to my values but in a random way or based on old values that no longer represent me. It was and it is extraordinary.
It also helped me to understand how important it is to integrate awareness through planning and action, something I often ignore without realising it. I now plan, do and achieve results in a consistent and much more predictable way than before.
Another important aspect of my coaching relationship with Alexandra is that she cares. I felt that she cares and wants me to do well and grow. She put warmth and kindness into our sessions, which is so valuable and not so easy to find.
Thank you for the clarity and good mood you were able to convey to me during our sessions!

What is interesting is that what I learned from working with Alexandra during the mentoring process was both to be more structured and laser focused as a professional and to be more aware of myself and find my path as a woman. Alexandra is a mix of top professional skills with a highly empathetic and kind presence.

I started working with Alexandra in a period of my life when I was struggling with changes that I needed and wanted to make with my work, and potentially moving to a different country. Quite honestly, I was going through what felt like a midlife crisis after having just turned 35, having gone through a sort of burnout, and feeling generally overwhelmed and unhappy with my life in general.
I felt some resistance towards starting the coaching process, but Alexandra quickly navigated through my confusion and, at times, overwhelming emotions. She identified the most problematic points and came up with powerful questions that guided me to more clarity, a-ha moments, and even new perspectives on my work and myself. She has this unique ability of formulating questions that go straight to the core of solving the problem you are facing – unlike anyone I have ever met.
I also appreciated how present she is during the sessions, and I could feel her genuine desire to help.

The moment I met Alexandra, I knew she would be an important person in my development journey.
I highly appreciated her efficient way of working, very clear and structured. I found the homeworks she gave me very useful and targeted to my needs.
I recommend Alexandra with all my heart for her capacity to listen and be present for the emotions of people in front of her.
I felt seen, listened to, understood exactly the way I needed.

Working with Alexandra was a pleasure and a great support. I especially appreciated the structured way she approached our work from the very beginning—starting with understanding the context, clarifying the starting point, and aligning on objectives. Each session was focused and well-structured, yet still flexible enough to adapt when the context or priorities shifted.
She has a talent for expressing even complex situations in clear, concise terms—bringing both clarity and a sense of “normality,” especially in moments that are emotionally intense or deeply personal.
Keeping a calm, clear mind and being able to identify and focus on what truly matters are, in my view, some of Alexandra’s key strengths.
